01 / The challenge
Reduce repetitive work across five departments.
A technology group with more than 12,000 people had repetitive processes spread across HR, payroll, administration, networking, and finance. Reporting and routine maintenance added to that workload.
The project focused on connecting those recurring tasks through automation across the five departments.
02 / The approach
Coordinate the recurring processes.
Automation Anywhere and Python supported the workflows across the five departments. The build covered repetitive process steps, scheduled reporting, and routine maintenance tasks.
The automation connected departmental work that had previously required repeated manual processing.
03 / The outcome
Five departments. One automation program.
For the operations covered by the project, reported monthly operating costs moved from $6–8 million to $400,000–600,000.
The delivery covered HR, payroll, administration, networking, and finance across the technology group.
