01 / The challenge
Reduce repetitive work across a hospital network.
Hospital teams were working across clinical reports, free-text notes, remote visits, and document-heavy administrative processes. Moving information between those workflows created repetitive work for staff.
The project called for a connected platform that could support several departments while fitting into their existing processes.
02 / The approach
Build a coordinated set of modules.
The platform brought together 14 AI and automation modules. Report annotation and medical entity extraction structured clinical text, while telemedicine and transcription modules supported visit documentation.
RPA and document-mining components handled repetitive information movement and retrieval. A shared platform connected these capabilities across departmental workflows.

The project reported two hours saved per user per day across 10,000 users in a US hospital network. The work focused on documentation, information retrieval, and repetitive operational tasks.
