01 / The challenge

Keep up with time-sensitive auctions.

A US used-car reseller relied on staff to monitor listings, evaluate vehicles, place bids, and process purchases and resale. The workflow combined time-sensitive decisions with repetitive work across business systems.

02 / The approach

Turn buying rules into an automated workflow.

UiPath automation connected the auction and business-system steps. C# logic encoded the reseller’s buying criteria so the workflow could evaluate listings and submit bids according to those rules.

The build also automated purchase and resale processing. This was a rules-based RPA implementation, covering the workflow from listing review through follow-up operations.

03 / The outcome

A reported 99% win rate on targeted bids.

The project reported a 99% win rate on targeted bids selected by the workflow.

The system connected monitoring, bidding, purchasing, and resale processing in one automated workflow.
